The booking process typically starts with an inquiry through this contact form. I'll respond within 24-48 hours to discuss your requirements in detail. Once we agree on the scope and terms, a contract will be sent for signature, followed by a deposit payment to secure the date.
For most events, I require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. For long-term brand partnerships, payment terms are negotiable based on the project scope.
Yes, I am available for events worldwide. For international bookings, travel and accommodation expenses are additional to the standard rates. These details will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. However, I understand that circumstances change, and I'm open to rescheduling when possible.
